Our spa and fitness area is being renovated until mid-2024 and is currently not available.

Our spa and fitness area is located in the basement of the guesthouse.

It has a fully equipped gym, dry and steam saunas and a relaxation room.

It is exclusively for the use of our guests and free of charge.

All rooms have satellite reception.

Bathroom amenities 

Shower gel, shampoo and hand soap are provided in the bathroom.

Mini Bar 

We do not have minibars in our rooms. A complimentary bottle of water is provided daily. 

Other drinks and snacks are available at reception.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is prohibited in all rooms and indoor areas of the hotel. 

A heated smoking lounge is available in the courtyard.

Room Cleaning

Our rooms are cleaned daily. 

If you do not wish to have your room cleaned, please leave a note on your door before 10 p.m. 

Your room cleaning will then be suspended and in the spirit of "Green Choice" we will donate EUR 3.00 to the Senkelsgraben playground, a facility for children and young people here in Wahnheide.

Check-out

We kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11 a.m. at the latest.

On weekends, you may use your room until noon. 

Late check-out can be arranged at reception for a fee, subject to availability.

You can leave your luggage at the reception at any time.

Bed Linen

All our bed linen is hypoallergenic.

Laundry Service

A laundry and ironing service is available at the hotel from Monday to Friday.

In your locker you will find a laundry bag and a price list.

Please complete the form and return it with your laundry to Reception by 8.30 a.m.. Your clothes will be returned to you the following day.

Ironing

For security reasons, ironing is not allowed in the guest rooms.

However, an ironing room is available for you to iron your own clothes.

It is located in the Guest House on the 1st floor opposite the lift and can be accessed at any time with your room key.

WIFI

Our WiFi is free of charge. 

Dial into the "Telekom" network. 

No password required.

Kiosk

You will find a selection of snacks and drinks in our lobby, which can be purchased at reception.

Car Park

The hotel's own outdoor and underground parking is available for EUR 10.00 per night during your stay. The exit to the underground car park is on the left in front of the guesthouse.

You can open the gate at any time with your room card. 

When you leave, the gate will open automatically as you approach.

E-charging station

You are welcome to use our charging station in the courtyard for your electric vehicle. The charge card is available at reception. We charge €0.50 per kWh. Please leave the car park when you have finished charging. We reserve the right to charge €5.00 per hour or part thereof for extended stays.
